If you haven't been to therapy before, you may feel nervous. I get it! It can be hard to start therapy, either for the first time or with a new therapist. I will do everything I can to ensure your safety and help you feel comfortable.
I deeply believe the therapeutic relationship can be magical. I don't know about you, but I don't have many conversations with friends or family that are entirely about ME. Being heard, acknowledged, and deeply understood can be just the thing that helps us gain the clarity we need to take our next step, consciously and wisely.
